General Objectives of Affiliate Program

Identify candidate property and property owner.
Outline project with owner, perform due diligence prior to project commencement.
Decide degree of participation in terms of oversight of construction/renovation, finance issues, and overall involvement in project.
At completion of project, share in project profits after expenses.
